He explained all the options, answered the questions about the right or wrong of the options, and trusted only by our full consent and understanding.

It was like drawing a tooth to finish the consultation with Schummet, and he said the most foolish thing and was uncooperative. I thought he wanted to protect the credit card company and protect the interests of the clients. I don't recommend him at all.

Most of the five-star commentary on Kathleen seems to have been written by a customer who has hired her to build trust in her will and life. I am writing from another perspective. It was the person who met Kathleen after her relatives who gained the trust of her life passed away.

Kathleen had a truly unfortunate experience, which made losing relatives more mentally difficult. It is important to consider if you intend to draw her in to make a will or gain trust. This is because, after all, your relatives will have to work together after you die.  

At the request of my husband (client) and my sister-in-law, I went with them to Kathleen's office after my beloved stepfather died.  We were all disappointed with Kathleen's experience. Showing uncompassion for our present situation, asking intrusions and inappropriate questions about the medical information of other relatives, and asking questions of my sincerity and strength of marriage without cause and condescension.  

When I repeat the question she answered at the meeting earlier, she replied something, as if we were annoying her, with the effect of "Don't you remember what I said?"  Anyone who suffers the pain of losing a loved one can understand that it is difficult to worry and absorb information, but Kathleen did not show any sympathy.  We were more agitated and confused when we left her office than when we arrived.  

Kathleen may be good at making real estate plans, but after passing, let's consider whether he wants relatives to have similar unpleasant experiences.  

My husband and my sister-in-law expressed disappointment to him, and after reading my opinion in this review, she said, "I'm sure we're not compatible with each other," and canceled the expression of her family.

I am not good at being a lawyer representing my client, but I am happy that I am now a reliable and caring lawyer that we have used for our property plans.  In reply to

A simple comparison between the time my appointment ended and the time when I posted this review would have made it clear that I did not write in the lobby, as you have falsely claimed. I decided to wait in the lobby for the last few minutes of the meeting because I was very angry at Kathleen's lack of comment and empathy, and emphasized the points I mentioned earlier in this review.  

Finally, on Saturday we were there. Because in a sudden situation, despite the geographical variability of surviving families in the state, your company could not take a week off while in Redlands and spent $300 on the weekend meeting.

5 Star Experiences from Start!  Jennifer at the front desk was very polite and helpful. They asked for documents in advance and thoroughly reviewed them before visiting Kathy.  The first meeting was held regularly, with very reasonable quotes and very good touch. There are a lot of nuances in the Real Estate Act and changes every year, so we're happy to find the people who have the best interests.

Have a worse experience. The first impression I had was that it was a good place because the receptionist was very kind and friendly. But everything changed when I was asked to bring the documents to talk about the bankruptcy fee. I advised them to forget at home. Another woman came out and seemed upset when she was not with me. Ask for details of page 5/6 and ask for a 6-month salary and tax document from 14/15, and quote all of them. However, since I have filled out the new form, the woman's attitude told me that it is important that I brought the document, and the lawyer knew what business I would meet. I couldn't understand why she behaved so rude to me. I was introduced to my lawyer as a legal shield, and they sent me all my information, but when they should know, I called them and told them why I wanted to see my lawyer, the amount I borrowed, and why I was interested in bankruptcy. Maybe when the fifth Chris Shumate came out, I would go into the office and get angry at the lack of the form. When I explained my situation, this creep continued to play the leading role in my heart, so I was too tired of why I didn't run away with a curse on him. In the conversation, he seemed to look down on people all the time, and he kept making gestures about how I made it, and he kept telling me that I was repoking about where I was working. Don't you care? He says that the legal shield will give him a discount of 2&A and 5% and only 2%. And since I don't know who my form is, I tell him. Who do you think he is? He doesn't know me, and, uh, how much I thought I would have buried in the 5th, I forgot the dirty documents at home. But he had no need to do such a foolish thing, nor had he to judge that he did not know me. That was the last straw that I ran out of anger. He was not very professional, so he regarded me as a minority because I was Hispanic, so he thought he treated me like that. I never recommend him
