I hired Edgar in the bankruptcy case. He was wild and untidy. Bankruptcy was dismissed, but he could not include the statutory lien of state tax in any state other than CA that was clearly stated in my letter of credit. He declined to discuss the matter, but other lawyers said the case could be involved in bankruptcy. When the state followed me for preemptive rights, I spoke to him and he wanted to propose the bankruptcy of chapter 13 and charge an additional $5,000. I have worked with another lawyer.
